Wash and dry all produce.

Pat @sirloin steak{2%pieces} dry with paper towels and season with @italian seasoning{1%tsp}, salt, and pepper. Heat a drizzle of oil in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook to desired doneness, ~{3%minutes} to ~{6%minutes} per side. Turn off heat; transfer to a cutting board. Wipe out pan.

Meanwhile, add @mixed greens{4%cups}, @caesar dressing{3%tbsp}, @croutons{1%cup}, half the @parmesan cheese{2%tbsp}, a squeeze of @lemon{1%piece} juice, salt, and pepper to a #large bowl{}; toss to combine. If you like, crush croutons in the bag with your hands before adding.

Thinly slice steak against the grain. Drizzle generously with @balsamic glaze{2%tbsp}.

Steam @seasoned precooked potato slices{2%packets} until tender ~{5%minutes}. In the same pan, heat remaining oil and pan-sear potatoes with @garlic powder{½%tsp} until crispy and golden ~{3%minutes}.

Divide steak, potatoes, and salad between plates. Serve immediately.
